Week 1 had a lot of close games, some over time, and even a tie. Time will tell which teams will figure it out, we are still seeing how everyone is adjusting. A few division matchups this week, including the Bucs and Saints and the Bears and Packers.
Dolphins vs. Ravens Parlay
Both teams won handily in their week 1 matchups. The last time these two teams met, the Dolphins went on a run and the Ravens season was becoming a bust. I’m a fan of both coaches, the Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel in his second game as head coach vs. John Harbaugh who is in his 15th season with the Ravens. Tua and Tyreek have been a good pair so far, I’m looking for that to continue this week. Mark Andrews was big for the Ravens last year, but we haven’t seen that same usage yet.
Cardinals vs. Raiders Parlay
Both teams lost their openers to AFC West opponents, who then went on to face off Thursday this week. The Chiefs won again while the Chargers are dealing with an injured quarterback. Derek Carr took advantage of the reconnection with his college receiver last week more than Kyler did, targeting Davante Adams maybe too much. This week, if he can spread it around a little more, mixing in Renfrow and Waller on short targets, it would be better for everyone. The Cardinals did well on the road last year, so we will see if that is the case today. With the Raiders being at home, it will be the first Davante’s grandma will get to see him play in the NFL.
